• Transcripts and Summaries: Stored for as long as you maintain an account, or 30 days after processing for guest users without accounts.
• Account Data: Retained until you request deletion or close your account.
• Server Logs: Automatically deleted after 30 days.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt algorithm
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Access to production systems is restricted and logged
• We use rate limiting to prevent abuse
• Regular security reviews and updates

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
